Official Glitch Productions merchandise, including The Amazing Digital Circus Animiniz figures and Pendantz keychains
NWSL (National Women's Soccer League) trading cards
True Dungeon tokens, trade goods, and transmute ingredients

Our goal is to provide collectors with quality, officially licensed products at fair prices with reliable service. We take pride in packaging every order with care and being responsive to our customers.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy below. Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in the same condition as received.
All original packaging must be included with the return.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Blind box and mystery items (such as Animiniz and Pendantz series) are not eligible for return due to the random nature of the product.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at utakusoto@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee deducted from the item subtotal.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at utakusoto@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy

Carriers & Methods

Standard orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with cost calculated based on your location from San Diego, CA.
Priority shipping via USPS Priority Mail with insurance is available and noted on select listings.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is available on multiple item orders. Please message us before completing your purchase so we can set up an adjusted invoice. A $1.00 surcharge applies per additional figure or pendant added to a combined order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Geographic Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We will make every effort to validate addresses before shipping. Utaku's Trade Caravan is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all original packaging materials. For Priority Mail shipments with insurance, we will assist in filing the claim on your behalf.

Privacy & Safety

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected during the checkout process (name, address, email, payment information) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling and communicating about your order.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers and is never stored on our systems.
We may contact you with order updates or responses to your inquiries using the email address provided at checkout.

Product Condition Disclosure

We are committed to accurately representing the condition of all items listed in our store. Condition details are clearly noted in every product listing. Our standard condition disclosures are as follows:

New/Sealed: Item is unopened and in original factory condition.
Open Box: Item has been opened for identification or inspection purposes. The figure and all original packaging are included unless otherwise noted. Any modifications to packaging (such as a small cut to the box) are explicitly disclosed in the listing.
Used: Item shows signs of prior use. Condition details are noted in the individual listing.
